Nicole is a trained facilitator of personal growth through Recall Regression Therapy and Inner Child Healing.
We all have an inner child. Some of us are lucky enough to have one who is happy, balanced and mature. However for many of us the inner child is an emotionally or physically abused aspect that carries the wounds and traumas that we have buried as an adult.
The Innerchild can influence our reactions and emotions as an adult and we can live from within the fears and experience learned from them.
The only way to heal those aspects is to go into the depths and look into the traumas. Facing the fears and understanding the traumas that are held within.
During this process one can observe the narrative playing out and have insight into the frightened child from the adult perspective..
It’s not an easy journey, yet it allows the adult to find peace and a new found understanding of all they are.
During a session a client may have memories come up from this lifetime (childhood) or a past life. Memories will be brought to the clients attention depending on what issues the sub conscious mind needs to address in order for them to be released and healed.
